Place this into a Regular Module, activated from the sheet with a command button. You will need a command button to show the menu bar again.
The attached example has left the ROW and COLUMN headings visible. If you hide them as well, first in the menu bar control for rows / columns / formula fields / grid lines, etc. then the screen will only show the cells and nothing else.
Beware .... you will always need a means of moving to another sheet - closing the workbook - if you implement this scenario. You certainly don't want your user to access the sheet with no menu and not be able to leave.
WARNING !!! When you disable the menu bar ... BEFORE CLOSING THE WORKBOOK BE CERTAIN TO RE-ENABLE THE MENU AGAIN. If you don't, all of the other workbooks you open after closing this workbook will not have a menu bar.
There are plenty of examples on the Forum and the 'Net. Search for HIDE MENU BAR or MINIMIZE MENU BAR.
