Conditional formatting with 3 conditions using AND

HI ,

=AND($C9="On Tack",G$7>=$E8,G$7<=$F8) this is the formula am using for condition formatting .if the above condition is satisfied the date tracking will turn blue ..

=AND($C9="Completed",G$7>=$E8,G$7<=$F8) should turn GREEN and RED if =AND($C9="On Hold",G$7>=$E8,G$7<=$F8) .above condition does not work .. but =AND(G$7>=$E8,G$7<=$F8) works well .

i want to track the start date and end date as well with the status and plot accordingly

Thank you for pointing it out .. corrected that .. but how do i check the "G$7>=$E8;G$7<=$F8" condition with that condition so that it plots the dates
