    delete row if text length does not equal 7 or 4

    Text is in Column B3:B3000 range. If the length of text in cell does not =7 or =4 then delete row. Any ideas please?

    C3 =IF(OR(LEN(B3)=7,LEN(B3)=4),"delete","") and drag down.

    After that filter on column C on delete and delete the visual rows.
    Notice my main language is not English.
