Conditional formatting on op of all over conditional formats

I have a spreadsheet with a number of conditional formats which colour cells in red when they need to be filled/completed. I also have a conditional format to make the entire sheet zebra lined. I would like another (presumably) conditional format which means that until a cell has something entered on any given row all that is displayed is the zebra formatting, and not the red cells. Meaning I do not have a page full of red cells! Example sheet attached.

(Have tried to upload example of what I mean but it failing to do so, using a remote access to work computer and is struggling)

    Hi,

Yeah I don't have Excel on my home computer, some issue with using a mirror of my work station. I'll bear that in mind though.

See the CF rule you need to have applied, make sure it is the 1st rule - move it up if needed - then make sure that "STOP if TRUE" is checked
