Look for matching words and enter value of adjecent cell

Hi is it posible by formula or vba to match words from different columns and enter value from adjecent cell.

Column C1 to C500 has a list of football team names
column K1 to K20 has the same football team names
Column J1 to J20 has there current league position.

Example C5 is barcelona, barcelona is found in K2, In D5 i would want the value of J2
Example C9 is barcelona, barcelona is found in K2, In D9 i would want the value of J2
Example C14 is real madrid, real madrid is found in K1, In D14 i would want the value of J1
and so on
