It will depend on the nature of the workbook data.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

=DATE(MID(A1,FIND(",",A1)+2,4),MONTH(DATEVALUE(LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1)-1)&" 1")),SUBSTITUTE(MID(A1,FIND(" ",A1)+1,2),",",""))+TIMEVALUE(MID(A1,FIND(":",A1)-2,5))
Make sure you set the cell formatting to custom: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm
