How to create dropdown list combined from 2 ranges?

Hi,

How to make validate Dropdown list combined from Range1 and Range2 without creating additional columns?
Do I have first to create Range3 for combining those two ranges and only then create Dropdown list?

It may be useful to attach a sample file illustrating what you like to achieve; where are the ranges how do they relate or not, where does the dropdown box go.

I don't think a dropbox can only take information from one column, hence you need to combine the 2 lists into one.
