Hello once again.
Is there a way to create a condition so that Is someone makes any changes to my original file, the font color changes to red e.g., and maybe be blocked that way.
Thank you for all the help.

my simple hack to do this was to:
- copy the tab you want to format
- setup a conditional formatting to color when the cell on this tab doesn't match the copy
- hide the copied tab
If it'd make you feel better using my answer because of my street cred, then you can go ahead and click Add Reputation below to improve it.
It depends on what change must be detect. It is not hard to control change constant and formulas but not rest. Simple comparing with copy of sheet can be wring because the formula could be changed but current result is the same or formula have was replaced by value.
Why not use the built-in TRACK CHANGES option under the Review menu?
