Status Change Week over Week in Data Dump

Hi everyone, im sure this problem has been solved somewhere but i can't find it so im posting here.

I have a data dump that consists of unique ID's and their statuses. I run this every week and dump it below the previous weeks in the same sheet. I'm looking for a formula that can note if a change has occurred in status from the previous weeks entry based on the unique ID's. Entries in this database don't get deleted, only added. I want to avoid array formulas for computing power reasons.

Welcome to the forum! Please take a moment to re-read forum rule #1 and then amend your thread title to something that better explains your problem. Changing your thread title is not optional, which means you must change it. Thanks!

    Use concise, accurate thread titles.
Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.
Use terms appropriate to a Google search - poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice tell us nothing.
Responding to a request to change your thread title by doing so is mandatory.

To change a title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title.

As you are new to the Forum, I have changed it for you today. Please read the forum rules and comply in the future.

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:

Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

If you are satisfied with the solution, please mark the question solved.
