Mapping Five fields from smaller data set to larger data set based on Criterias

Hi,

Request your help in using Power query for the below purpose.

Excel version 2016

Files for Mapping

Larger Data set file -IVMS Start Stop report

Smaller Data set file - LMS Report


Matching Criteria Larger file Vs Smaller file are

Exact Match:

Reg No (Col B) Vs Vehicle No (Col M)

AND

Date (Col D) Vs Journey Start Date (Col H)

AND

Event Type (Col E) Vs Event Type (Col W)

AND

Between Match

Start Time (Col F) <= Journey Actual Start Time (Col J)

AND

Stop Time (Col G) >= Journey Actual End Time (Col K)

Note : Smaller data set has both date and time together.

End Result:

Which ever row matching should get tagged as " Reported in LMS"
Was trying to use Power query but struck while mapping.

Both of the files enclosed.
