linking cells to a summary

Hi All

Newbie and only intermediate knowledge so be gentle. LOL

I have a set of mileage report forms. All the same format which are filled in weekly. one worksheet per form. I need to collect data from 4 cells from each sheet and deliver them to a summary sheet. the data needs to be linked on a separate line for each WS

Im not sure if there is a quicker way than a V lookup for every page. I have very limited knowledge of VB but have copied over a couple of simple ones to set up prevsheet when setting up the original file

Thank you for such a quick response but unfortunately, I cannot seem to get it to work on my copy of the spreadsheet. It just comes up with #ref! I've looked at the one you returned and although I don't
fully understand all the formula I can see where it's pointing to and I'm guessing it's using the tab name as a reference.
I have gone over this for some time now and cannot see why it's not working?
I saw that you had un-merged the cells where the data was coming from so I did the same on my copy but still no joy
The only thing I can think of that's different is when I sent over a copy, I made a copy, deleted most of the later tabs, and also saved as a non-macro file of which the original has 2 ??

I'm stumped, any thoughts

Found it !!!

I used a macro to name the tabs and it was different to the spread sheet reference. Although I spotted the formatting change on yours it didn't click

Don't work with merged cells, you get in trouble with it sooner or later.
