In the enclosed file, I have two sheets namely, Previous and Current. From the Current Sheet I need to compare with Old One based on ID and Return Match / Not Match in columns Q, R, S.
Comparison is only for Gross, Bank Account and IFSC,
Can you please help me in writing a formula, it would be of great help

Dave. Thank you. Not for nuthin, but it would help that if in this forum there was a link or a button to contact an online admin immediately. Sure, possible misuse, and an expectation of immediacy that may not be realized, and resultant fallout. Not ideal, but does provide an answer to "what can I do"?
Dave, I remember a few years ago, I tried to alert an admin concerning a post. I heard from someone 4-5 days later, asking if I still needed help. Thanks again.

You are welcome. I ran into the same issue a few years back (pre-Mod days). I used the 'Report Post' button in the lower left and stated my concerns in the reply window. I seem to recall action by late that evening. It also keeps the issue under the 'radar' so as to reduce risk of sensitive data exposure pending resolution. Still not ideal but more likely to be seen by Mods/Admin (the only ones who can take decisive action) in a more timely way.Originally Posted by PeteABC123
You could post your thoughts in the ideas for improvement thread. I wouldn't hold your breath though. Admin and Moderators far more senior than me indicate that management/owners show little interest in improving the site.
