IF / AND combine function

Hello,

I would like to know how I can go about calculating the following.

I have a cell (G8) with formula

=IF(O8<>"",O8+P8/24,"")

I want O8+P8/24 take place if P8 says "1" or "24", and if it says ""OOH24" I want G8 to keep the time of O8 but with today's date

Also G8 must remain blank until something is entered in O8
