I have a bunch of data in the form of (x,y) points for different items; in particular, thrust vs. time curves for many different model rocket motors. The times are not the same from one motor to another.
What I want to do is make a chart consisting of X-Y plots of a few different motors, and dynamically pick which motors so that the chart uses the data for the motors I've selected.
The question is in two parts. First, does Excel have a feature that will do this, or do I have to dust off my programming skills? Second, if the former then where do I find the low down on said feature?
I don't seem to be able to attach a file, so I can't give an example. But since I haven't managed to do what I want, an example of not-what-I-want may not have been of great value anyway.
