I work for a small primary care clinic, and we utilize a form built with excel to keep track of the diagnosis and billings.. meaning there's quite a bit of information on the sheet. The primary document has been revised three or four times, however we haven't updated each patient's file with the revised .xml documents. Now, we're running into the issue where the revisions NEED to be made to every patient's billing sheet.. such as addition of new diagnosis codes and removal of content that we no longer require. Each patient has their own individual .xml file. There are no formulas, as the form was built with text and the merging of boxes. If I were to throw all these patient .xml files into one folder, is there a way to make the revision changes to each and every one without having to go through and manually edit them?

Note that there are probably 4 different variations of revisions across the patient files, meaning that one pt might have a revised form from 4 years ago, another from 3 years ago, and another from last year.
