Morning,
I'm sure in previous versions of Excel you could choose A3 size paper from the dropdown box. In the current version I'm using this size isn't available. Does anyone know if this can be amended at all?
TIA

Morning,
I'm sure in previous versions of Excel you could choose A3 size paper from the dropdown box. In the current version I'm using this size isn't available. Does anyone know if this can be amended at all?

Try this and let me know if it works.
Click on Print Preview
Change your Printer to Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
Click on Printer Properties.
Click on Advanced.
In Paper Size click on drop-down menu.
Should see A3 there.
Two different ways to do this.
One is to create the Excel document as an A3 page(s):
Page Layout Ribbon => Page Setup Tab => Size dropdown: select A3 from list
*If this is not available, it means something screwy happened in your Options for your document, or your normal template.
Two is to tell the printer to break up the spreadsheet onto A3 pages:
File => Print => Page size (this may just display the size)
*If you select a printer that does not have the capacity to print A3 sizes, then the printer usually won't show this option.

What make & model is your printer ?
Sorry something came up, couldn't respond right away. It won't print using the Microsoft XPS Document Writer?
That would suggest that your printer doesn't support A3 paper (or at least the driver is telling Excel that it doesnt).
Does it support/have A3 paper? Do you have the same issue with Word or other applications? As already asked, what is the make/model of the printer?
