How do I paste a graph linked to an excel table to another worksheet and disable the links

Hi

I have created graphs in excel which are linked to data in an excel table.

I tried to email the document to someone but because they do not have access to my documents, all the links broke and all the data in the graphs appeared as N/A.

Can anyone please help me? How do I copy and paste the graphs without any links? Ive tried pasting "123" but it doesn't seem to break the link.

The only thing I found to work was to paste each individual graph as a picture, which is fine as a workaround, but I need to do this on a regular basis so too time-consuming and fiddly

Make a PDF of your excel file and email the PDF file.
