Referencing a cell on current row

I have a bunch of numbers in a column going down.

I wanna keep a running total in another column next to it, where it adds all the previous numbers in that numbers column and outputs the total up to (and including) the current row.

How do I do that?

In column B, I have added the totals manually. How do I make a formula to calculate them automatically?
