Conditional formatting based on Criteria

Dear Team,
I would like to see the Top 5 trade line numbers are highlighted for the months only if I select the criteria 'Y'. Is it possible to set conditional formatting for this?.
I would appreciate your assistance on this. Thanks in advance.

Enclosed a sample file for your ref.

with cell D4 the active cell, apply a rule of:

=AND(D$2="Y",D4>=LARGE(D$4:D$21,5))
set format per preference; assign to range D4:I21
