    Quotation spreadsheet

I have created the following spreadsheet

Which should calculate two sets of prices

In the end column, I have the total cost of how much the items will cost and it is labelled sub amount, it is called sub amount because I want it to calculate the total sub amount minus the discounted price but in total amount, column shows the price without the discount.

Then in the vat coloum, I want to add vat rate to the Total amount

I also need the tax column to be removed but the calculations to still take place as per normal. Without setting the Cell to T for taxable

    Re: Quotation spreadsheet

As always, a workbook will help.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

Your thread title is really borderline - please add some detail to it about what you are trying to do.

    Re: Quotation spreadsheet

Hi I am trying to modify the attached quote template.

I want to add a separate calculations Coloum to show cost to client and cost to us.

Cost to us will include the parts items total and discount that we get on them

Cost to the client (Sell cost will show total cost plus our uplift percentage and vat and labour etc.

Separate section for engineers and hourly rate calculation

Where it has got sale tax percentage that can be used as uplift percentage, but the other field i would like that to then be the sale tax field

    Re: Quotation spreadsheet

Given you are in the UK why is there a VAT and sales tax field when in the UK VAT is our sales tax?
