Power Query issue access forbidden

Hello,

we got a problem in our company with a query built from a colleague. The query takes data from several files. All files are on sharepoint. Also the query file.
For the colleague who built the query all is fine and working. For me and another colleague with the same access rights we get an error message that the access to the resource file is forbidden.
Can someone explain what is wrong here?

There can be few reasons...

1. Users are on different organization tenant.

2. Data Security is set to Private. It should be set to Organizational or Public. This is set in Power Query. Query Editor -> Data Source settings -> Edit Permission

3. In correct credential is supplied to query. This is also in same location as above, under Credentials.
