Being able to select a label with 3 columns to show or not, multiples

I'm trying to figure out a way to filter or drop-down show and hide countries in my example table. The thing is, countries will have 3 columns each, so i.e. in my Workbook1 you will see that for example I have Country A, B, C, D.

I want there to be a dropdown to filter the countries I want to see on this page, and it's not individual columns, it's 3 columns per country. In the future there may be less countries or more.

Can someone recommend me a way to do this.

I need columns A to C to be empty

So insert three empty columns A to C

Right Click On Your Sheet Name At the Bottom Of Excel and Select View Code
Paste this code in the module that opens and close it.

This macro will run whenever you activate the sheet and will list your countries in Column A
It will create dropdowns in column B

I need to create two more macros to complete this project. So Check Back on this post.

This will open the dropdown if you select a cell with data validation.
