How to sort columns horizontally, according to their name? (now for Google sheets)

    Hello,

I want to sort original columns horizontally by product name. How can that be done?

Update: Is there a way to do this in Google sheets? I guess - no.

Re: How to sort columns alphabetically, according to their name?

    Hi Romkeris,
Select the data you want to sort; D1:H17 ...
On the top ribbon under Home, select Sort & Filter, then Custom Sort.
In the pop-up, click on the Option tab, select Sort left to right, click OK
Then select the row by which you want to sort, Row 1 where you have your product names

    Hope that helps.

Thanks. In Excel it works. Do you know if that can be done in Google Sheets?

    Sorry Romkeris,
I am not familiar with Google Sheets.
If you need a specific solution for Google Sheets, you may want to tag it as such or add into the title/question for members to identify.
Otherwise, if your query is answered, please mark it as SOLVED.
