    Hi,

    The following works for your example.

    =DATE(RIGHT(A2,4),LEFT(A2,2),MID(A2,4,2))
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1

    You can use:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    and copy down

    other option is to use "text to columns" tool from data ribbon - make sure you mark column1 ad date with MDY format
