I want to be able to alphabetize the "vendors" column. Once that happens I need all the information that is in that group to stay with it. Right now, whenever I put "vendors" in alphabetical order, all the info in the groups either stays where its at or does not stay in the group it is associated with. I attached the document! Thanks !
Thats because, as far as excel is concerned, those cells (A4:A9 etc) are empty and have nothing liking them to the vendor. Try copying the vendor name into the empty cells and re-sort

When I do that, it does alphabetize it, but it no longer has the correct group structure. Is there a way to lock in separate groups? then from there alphabetize it?
