I want to populate multiple workbooks using data from one sheet is this possible

Hi guys,

I am sharing a master report file (sampel/changed data)

I want to know if this file has multiple times the same name of someone i.e. John Smith, can this row of data be inserted into a spreadsheet called John Smith? the unique reference being the name Johnbn Smith or the user ID (column A). I manage people and want to share a report with each individual of their performance. Any ideas pleaser?

PO.S. Willing to consider the possibility of having multiple tabs populated for each individual and then is it possible to email the tab only to relevant staff memebr?

This should create a workbook named for the person and saved to the same directory as the host workbook. The code should be copied to the standard code module1.
