Required an excel formula to view the column C of red font only and put up an excel formula on column b

For an example:-

Look up the cell no.C5 ( should be RED font ) and mark in Column B as 1 and so on according to Ascending order as shown in Column B.

Excel formula can not identify format of a cell, but in this sample, it seems you want to mark the unique disctinc list in C column?
