    Separating year range into rows

    I'm looking for a way to separate year range into individual rows. What would be the best way to do that? Any helps would be appreciated.

    For example, if the current layout is

    Subaru Forester | 2014-2016
    Subaru Legacy | 2006-2007

    I want to convert it to

    Subaru Forester | 2014
    Subaru Forester | 2015
    Subaru Forester | 2016
    Subaru Legacy | 2006
    Subaru Legacy | 2007
