Remove blanks from data vaildation lists

I would like the system to take the data from the Data Feed Sheet for drop downs (like under accounts) I have the data pulling from the personal information sheet. I was able to get it over column C with no spaces, but the spaces still show in data vaildation. I want to make sure that if you say add a child under personal information, this name would automatically be part of the data vaildation list.

So two things:
- any new names added to the data validation list
- no blank spaces in the data vaildation drop down list
