Repeat Rows at Bottom of Printed Page

I have a worksheet that has a report set up on it. Has our company info up top, then the middle is the entered data to report, and the bottom has places for a few signatures after it's printed.

So, I've been playing with some VBA code and made a table in the middle where I add rows with data. I was thinking this would work and when the job is done, I'll just hit print and print multiply pages with the top and bottom on each sheet. Well, I painted myself into a corner, seems I cannot repeat bottom rows.

Is there a simple solution to have the bottom rows at the bottom to repeat for each printed page?

Oeldere, the signatures on this "form" consist of 8 rows, from what I've read I may be out of luck.
