Return a certain answer depending on various criteria.

Hello All,
I have 4 different account codes and I need to return a certain answer for each depending on what number they start with. The numbers are all 6 digits, the ones that start with 6 or 7 need to return CoS and the ones that start with 8 or 9 need to return OH. Please can someone give me the best formula to use.
