Slider with negative number.

Hello,
As per title, I've found some work around with slider with negative value.
Unfortunately, when certain cell is 0, it adds up the number (slider link cell) and messed up with the calculation.

How do I go about when
Cell B = 0 (in this case cell B5 and B7 is 0), is not affected by any input number in cell A2?

What I'm trying to achieve is if the score is 0 (Column B), it won't add any value in A2. It will return value as 0 in Column C. Thus getting the correct sum in Column D.

Sorry if this is confusing, as English is not my first language.
