Best way to show low data for performance management?

Hi guys

Anybodyu got experience of showing low performance:

I..e An indivudal makes 5 out of 700 errors. How would you suggest this is presented? currently i would do 5/700 * 100

But it seems to be presented as too low. Any other suggestions on how i could present this differently? i am just trying to find a good way of presenting it

I do not know what you exactly want to present.
If your data is too low, so maybe instead of present it as number, present it as percentage related to other results.

If you allow an individual up to say 50 errors to make 1. Then 5 out of 700 errors should be presented as 5*50/700*100% = 36%.
