Excel Date Formatting

Hello there,

Hopefully someone can help me, its been years since I've had to do any form of excel.

(I'm using Office 365 Excel)

I need the cells to act in the following way -

I enter a date - The cell turns green- e.g. 01.07.20
2 months after the entered date - The cell turns Amber - 01.09.20
3 months after the entered date - The cell turns Red - 01.10.20

If anyone can help, please let me know.

Try Conditional formatting.
New Rule, Use a Formula to determine which cells to format:
=F1<=TODAY()+30" (green)
=F1<=TODAY()+60" (amber)
=F1>=TODAY()+60" (red)

Above is assuming your dates are in column K starting in Row 1.
