Excel User form that copies and/or clears

    Hi All,

Is it possible to have a form that people fill out and has 2 buttons at the bottom. 1st button would be to clear the text that was entered, and the other button would be a copy button. The information that would be required to copy would be the form entries, plus the info that the user entered. Then it could be copied to another application ( for ease, being able to right click or CTRL V into a text document.

Now, is it possible to only have the form show on the desktop and is able to minimize after user is finished ? the user needs to use this form multiple times a day so having it quickly available is key plus having the form empty.

    Does this make sense ?

If not, I can try to describe a little better

    Thanks in advance,

    Northernwarrior

Re: Excel User form that copies and/or clears

My apologies, I didn't realize there was an attachment. This is almost 100% of what I am looking for. I edited it a little bit to suit my needs, now here's the kicker.

Is there way to make this form something that just shows the size of the form and can be either frozen on the desktop or minimized when not in use ? I need to enter information and copy into another program. Something small that is easily accessible, but also won't affect any other spreadsheet I may have opened. Makes sense ?
