I know you can select all objects on a sheet, but is it possible to select all of one type of object e.g. buttons, or check boxes on a sheet, or even in the entire workbook?

In the example there is a data valiadation list in B2 which will select all form control Checkboxes and Buttons as well as textboxes.
Is there a reason why you need to select them?

I have been given a large flow chart and the 'milestone' markers are square shapes rotated 90 degrees. Over the years, there has been a lot of movement in the chart and the milestone markers are no longer identical in size and shape. Their fills also differs. There are 500+ milestones, and many are grouped with text boxes and connecting lines. Doing it manually is not really an option.
I also want to set common properties for sizing.
