Excel extremely slow when inputting data in excel table (but ok outside of it)

Hi everyone,

I have a workbook which is about 3MB in size and contains many worksheets and excel tables. In one of my input sheets, I use an excel table which is then referenced in other worksheets. When I input data into the cells of the excel table, it is extremely slow to update. However, if I input anything outside the table on the same worksheet, it is working just fine.

I was wondering what could be the problem here and if there are any solutions for this problem (I am using Office 365 and using excel on the desktop version)?

If it is due to Data Tables, turn Calculation mode to "Automatic Except for Data Tables".

Sorry for the late response. I tried what you suggested, but it does not seem to work. The same problem persists.
