HELP!

I have some YTD info where I have the months of the year going along the top starting with July gradually finishing on Jan at the end. Below each month I have 12 fields complete with percentage values. I need to flip it all round so I start with Jan and end in July and it to take the fields with it. How can I do this quickly? I'm about to start Copy and Pasting but wondering if there is a quicker way.
