anchoring it means as lock but not with password . i have some sheets but i would like to lock first sheet , when I move sheets i would like to have first sheet lock in first. I don't want the first sheet to scroll
You can control it using VBA.
Or
You can protect/lock the first sheet without entering the Password. Also, you can hide the unused rows/columns so that you can avoid scrolling.
i know that i can hide unused rows/columns . So i want to apply it to sheet, but i use other sheets. but i want that first sheet stay unmoved.

it is good , but first sheet move before sheet in which I worked. i would like to that sheet stay in first position.

Does this do what you want.
Change code name of sheet to remain first to FIRSTPAGE. Code name has to be changed via Properties window within VBE
On that page add formula to cell, in this instance I used A1
A1: =SHEET(Sheet1!$A$1)
The add the following code to Thisworkbook
