    drop down with formulas

    hi there ,
    today I have get an Excel workbook Template from microsoft training center. In which there are many arguments assigned in one cell (sum, average,count etc) with the help of drop down. Also note there is neither a macro nor any coding has done. Also there is no any other table or support data seems in this workbook. The workbook has attached for reference. Look at the cell #B25 which contains the drop down. Same I want to apply in sheet1. Help me to assign and explain the same

    This is a structured table. There are options when you create a table on the Table Design tab that appears - you will see a tick box for a totals row. Once that's ticked, you will get a totals row and the drop-down options.

    I removed the manual subtotal row, then selected the table > Insert | Table. Then, on the Table Design tab I ticked to add the totals row.
