How do I create a line graph for a football match?

I want to create a line graph of a football match like the one below. I've got a list of the shots, the minute they were taken, how good a chance it was and whether it was a goal.

I'm struggling with how to actually create the graph though. How do you make the horizontal axis show an evenly spaced 90 minutes? How do you get the minute of the shot to line up with the 90 minutes? How do I mark a goal? Not used to making graphs so a bit baffled!

It's not all clear to me. Are you using a line or scatter chart for this (I would expect to use a scatter chart for this)?

What do you mean by "evenly space" and "line up" (reading between the lines, I would guess that using a scatter chart rather than a line chart will answer these)?

Much of charting in a spreadsheet is more about what you do in the sheet. For something like this, I would expect a table for each line/color/data series that consists of
Time of goal in left column
Cumulative goal (or what you want the vertical position to mean) for this series in the right column.

Select the two columns for one series and insert the scatter chart. Use the select data dialog to add the other data series. Then format as desired (maybe format "shots" series as line without marker and "goal" series as marker without line, for example).
