Question change table rows number (add or remove) based on a value in a reference cell

    Hello guys,

Thanks in advance for your help

Well, let's say I made a table of 6 columns and 1 row and I have named it "Table 1"

Now, I would like to change table rows number based on the number in my reference cell: A1

If I typed 4 in A1 cell, I would like my table to expand to have 4 rows, and so on, f i typed 7 in A1 cell, then my table expand to have 7 rows, and if I typed 2 in A1 cell, then my table shrink back to have only 2 rows

NB: in all cases columns number will be fixed, I just want to expand or shrink rows based on the value in cell A1

Is that possible without doing a VBA?

Why would you do it that way?

If you have a table, the table automatic expands to the needed rows if you add your new data directly (first column) and (fist row) below the table.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

yeah, table could be auto-expandable. at the same time I am dealing with so many colleagues with different data and different excel skills. I tend to minimize deviation as possible. I want them to input some data in the first tab (including number of rows I asked about), so data input tab will be just matching with their data to copy and paste only. and another tab will be a dashboard to collect their data interpretation. I want to make it very easy for them even if it will be very hard for me. lol
    Thanks
