Conditonal formatting: I have 4 different schemes that rotates on four week basis

I am fairly new to this and want some help with contidonal formatting or maybe more.
I am charge of doing our scheme for work and want to get certain cells colored.
This is how i want it, and I have tried and got some help doing a formel that helped a little bit but not enough.
I have 4 different schemes that rotates on four week basis. see workbook atached
The day marked off is what i want to get formatted with either conditional or someting else.
I build these charts one for every month.
Is there a friendly soul outthere that can help me

    Edit:
I was not clear enough what i want.

This is what I want to do, have also added a new file.
I want to format cells that are offdays with color. I dont want to by my self put in off i every cell that are my offday.
What I want is that if person 1 change scheme and have one of the others i just want to easaly do that by some kind of formula.
What I got from Another friend was a formula that uses weeknum and when I use that formel it only color the date but not specific cell.
I attach taht file so you can see. What I need is more then just for one person and specific schem I want it to generel so I can choose wich one i want to use in wich intervall.

Now you have to bear with me do my native languges is Swedish and my fomulas in the excelfile is in Swedish cant translate to english because then the formula dont work for me in my excel.

Is the attached what you wanted?

If so, all I did was, in one of the cells do a conditional format cell value..is equal to...="off"
Then copied that cell. Highlighted all the other cells you want to format then use a paste special with formats only checked.

You don't need the copy and paste special format step - just set the Applies To range in the rule to what you want.

My attempt to interpret what I believe that you want is in column K
Cell K1 is populated using data validation source: =$B$1:$E$1
Cells K2:K29 are highlighted using the following conditional formatting formula: =INDEX(B$2:E$29,MATCH(K2,A$2:A$29,0),MATCH(K$1,B$1:E$1,0))="off"
Note that when the file is opened and editing is enabled, the formula should be correctly translated.
Let us know if you have any questions.
