conditional formatting on percent not working

Hi,

I want to highlight any with pass mark of 80% green and anything below that red. But cant get it working! I thought that this would be simple but any formula i have added is highlighting every mark green

can anyone help

CA6 is lookup to value as text from other sheet!
Try to fix in that sheet, or use below formula in Conditional formatting:

=CA6+0>=0.8
