Troubles with template excel application.

Hi All

I am trying to use a template which is included with Excel called 'Sales invoice tracker" ... it's good, but after entering 9 invoices of a different companies, the tab of invoice view, showing the name of the first name company, and the details of the not showing, is it limited to 9 invoices and no more?

Firstly, please update your forum profile - I doubt very much that Excel 2005 is the version you are using.

Secondly, please attach the workbook in question.

I am guessing that you are looking at the 'Customer' sheet as there are 9 customers listed.
I recommend the directions in bullet points 2 and 3 for adding a row as given on the About This Invoice Tracker sheet.
Place the cursor in cell L12 and then On the Home tab, in the Cells group, select Insert, and then select Table Rows Below.
This should add a blank table row between company #9 and the Total Customers row.

Good morning, I have added a new customer as you recommended, for example customer # 10 and entering the details of his invoice, then when you go to tab "Invoice" and selecting the invoice # 10 which it belongs to the new the customer #10, you will see the details of customer # 1, especially the name of the customer and other details, in the body of the invoice some details are OK, but other details N/A such as tax, sale tax etc..
The problem is not in adding a new customer, but in reflecting the details of the new customer.

I can not follow the instructions for inspecting/making changes to the "Invoice" sheet as that sheet is password protected, so that I can not see the formulas that are being used to populate cells in rows 4:7.
If you can provide the password we may be able to provide further assistance.

I think that cell G35 to cell G39 still show N/A, it looks like some wrong in the formulas.

cell G35 =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,5)
cell G36 =G34*G35
cell G37 =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,6)
cell G38 =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,7)
cell G39 =(G34+G36+G37)-G38

Problem seems to be that the VLOOKUP's do not have range lookups (each needs FALSE)
G35: =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,5,FALSE)
G37: =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,6,FALSE)
G38: =VLOOKUP(rngInvoice,InvoicesMain,7,FALSE)
