How to add the quantity of zero's only?

Hello Everyone,

I am having a hard time with adding the quantity of zero.

For example: I would like to divide the remaining "number of zeros" from certain "number on the cell". Let's say I have 24 cells in a column, and 13 of it has a positive number, and the remaining cells are zeros. Now, the quantity of zero is 11, I would like to automatically divide that "11" to a certain cell. What should I do in order to automatically do that?

I do not understand what you mean by "automatically divide that '11' to a certain cell" but the number of zeroes in column A is

=COUNTIF(A:A, 0)
