How to return a Column name based on certain Cell Values

Hi All,

I would like to know if it's possible to return a Column Header name depending on the corresponding highest cell value in a group of cells.
I have attached a small example file. (I hope it works..?)

In the example attachment:
In column "Y2" I would like to return the Corresponding Header Column Name of the cell with the Highest Value from "K2:V2"

Example, the highest cell value in "K2:V2" is "Q2", in Column "Y2" Return "Q2"column name "18"

Is this possible?
Appreciate any assistance.
