Is it possible to move certain cells?

    Sup excel fam,

Ya'll have been amazing in the past, and now i'm facing something daunting.

Is there any way to make a cell with a value move over one column to the left and up one row without touching anything else on the sheet. I'm hoping there's someone up to the challenge here because this sheet has something like 17000 rows.....

In this sheet, row B has a UPC code, and underneath it, an item description. I need the item description moved to the left of the UPC code.... The actual sheet has 17,000 something rows. Not all of which have data. I'm linking the sheet from my google drive, as it's too big to post here.

HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:

Fast answers need clear examples. Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...) and some manually calculated results. Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    Try

Use mouse left click to Select column B \ keyboard CTRL + G \ location conditions \ empty value \ Confirm OK
Then Mouse right click \ select delete \ select the Row entire line

this sounds interesting. I hit CtRL + G after selecting row B but I'm not sure what to do from there based on your instructions.
