Good morning!
I have Excel 2003, suddenly an excel icon appeared next to maximize, minimize and restore icons as in the attached snapshot.
I tried every possible effort to remove but nothing worked.

Hi - does this show up in every file, or just some files?
Maybe you can attach a file so we can see. Image is kind of hard to read like that
Thanks for your response, actually it appears with every file. This is the same icon that always appear next to (File) menu. It is the same icon of Excel
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

This issue is not relevant to a specific workbook, it's in Excel itself (the whole application) therefore, if I move my workbook to another computer this icon does not appear. This is something about excel customization. May be I made something by mistake.
OK - I suggest you repair your installation, then.
