Today formula help

Hello All,
Can someone please help me with my formula on the attached? It utilizes the Today() function ; however, the result shows 4 months (H3) when I would only like the formula to sum complete months not partial months - the result should show 3 instead of 4.

Also, if there is no value in cell A3:A6, I would want the values in H3: H6 to be blank. Any and all help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Try instead the undocumented DATEDIF()
